ER-occupancy report for a case file
Since 10 August 2026 I have saved, every hour, the data the ministry publishes for all 120 Quebec ERs, before it deletes it after seven days. For a case where the state of an ER on a specific date is part of the record, that window is usually already closed by the time anyone looks for it. Mine is not.
What the report contains
- hour-by-hour occupancy for the named ER over the requested period
- functional stretcher count and patients over 48 hours on a stretcher, where published for that period
- the comparison against the average of all 120 Quebec ERs over the same period
- the source (MSSS dashboard) and method, cited, as a PDF ready to file
Who it is for
Personal-injury or medical-liability lawyers documenting the context of an ER stay for a case file — a factual, dated report, not an expert opinion on the cause of an injury. The source data is public and the method is reproducible by an opposing party.
The price
CA$150 per report, for one ER and one period (up to 30 days). Nothing is built yet — this page exists to find out whether to build it. No card is asked for, nothing is charged before an email exchange about the exact period needed.
